I under went the insomnia course & it was life changing. Amazing concept, using technology & CBT. The 1-1 coaching was incredible. I can’t recommend this service enough - I slept without sleeping tablets for the first time in 6 years!!

These guys are fabulous! Not only are their products a great idea, their customer service is second to none. I emailed an enquiry and the director called me back to check exactly what I wanted to re-order.

The N-rem is a great system, not only because each side of the mattress can be configured separately, but also because each segment can be purchased individually when you need it.

For chronic pain patients like myself this is invaluable. I have lost count of the number if different mattresses I have tried, but either I did not get on with them, or my partner did not get on with (which is also very important).

With the n-rem we can configure our own side for what works for us.

Brilliant product, would highly recommend to anyone.

So happy with our Tweak mattress. It’s exactly what my wife and I needed - she prefers a soft bed and I need firm support. It’s super comfortable and the extra space from buying a super king size means we’re both getting a better night’s sleep. We’re both very impressed with it and how easy it was to set up, we should have done it years ago.

SleepHubs have been extremely supportive throughout the process. I have been a poor sleeper for a very long time and I wasn't convinced I could improve. But the CBTi programme has really helped me and my attitude to sleep has changed completely. Although at times it's a hard process, it's well worth sticking with it, as the results are worth it. Great advice prior to buying, easy ordering, fantastic follow up customer services, speedy and efficient delivery. Having already tried a different mattress of a similar type, I was very sceptical about buying another. But I am delighted that I tried this one, the mattress has certainly transformed my sleep, I fall asleep quicker and definitely sleep better. My lower back pain is much improved and my general aches and pains of CFS are much better. My husband is nearly twice my weight and the different set up and firmness of his side means he too can get a good night's sleep. I wholeheartedly recommend both the mattress and the company!

The first year was a game changer for my lower back pain, indeed I wrote an initial review giving it 5 stars. However, after that year the mattress started to soften and sag, moving sections about helped a little for a short period of time but now I'm back to hardly sleeping through chronic back pain. The sag in the mattress is ridiculous, as an 16-17 stone rugby player I appreciate I'm a big guy but having to replace a £1,000 mattress after less than 3 years doesn't seem right.

I was having SO much trouble sleeping, saw the advert for Sleephubs in Yours Magazine & thought I had nothing to lose. It’s been excellent, the support and weekly meetings have been great. I’m sleeping so much better now than I have in years. If you’re like I was, 100% give it a go. You won’t be disappointed.

The most awesomely comfy bed imaginable and that’s saying something because I am probably the fussiest person you’ll ever meet when it comes to mattresses. Both my husband and I are so delighted. We don’t want to get out of bed...ever! Usually we both have to walk around during the night to alleviate pain. The company are amazing, friendly, patient, helpful and the delivery chaps were super charming and helpful too. I cannot recommend this mattress highly enough. It’s not an exaggeration to say it’s life changing. Thank you Tweak Slumber. Zzzzzzzzzzz?????

I have never slept so well since we bought our N-rem mattress. The support is amazing, my old lady back feels completely fine in the morning, and I’m barely awakened by my fidgety annoying husband any more.

Delivery was fast, and the actual drop off was so quick - the delivery guys were in our house for about 90 seconds.

I have had this mattress for 2 years now and it has helped me with my chronic pain so much. I suffer with fibromyalgia so having somewhere comfortable to retreat to is important to me and this mattress has been an absolute god send to me! Customer service are amazing too and will go above and beyond to help

Only giving one star because you have to. Although I guess that covers the fast delivery. We've had the mattress for almost 2 years now and its hell. It was amazing for the first 6 months then, even with rotating, it became so uncomfortable. It is now moulded into our shapes and causing us such back pain. We're saving to get a spring mattress.

Brilliant to begin with but the mattress didn't even last 18 months before it seriously began to say. Now I wake up in agony several times a night with my back, feel as though springs are digging in my hips. One of the biggest mistakes I ever made spending so much money on this mattress, would have been better buying a cheap memory foam off ebay and replacing it every 12 months

Excellent responsiveness. Product shipped from their warehouse as promised quickly. Perhaps only challenge is from that point it takes a couple of weeks for their delivery partner to be available if you choose the white glove service which carries the mattress to your bedroom and unpacks it. I think they should reevaluate their delivery partner. But otherwise it’s a great informative website and easy order process. Also a very innovative product.

Friendly and efficient customer service added to a great product make this an outstanding buy for me. I’m sleeping far better on my Tweak mattress and both friends and family are envious of my so comfortable bed! I was initially a bit wary of spending nearly £800 on a mattress I hadn’t personally tested but the 100 day product return promise gave me confidence and I’m so glad I did!

I'm so happy with my new mattress. The memory foam topper gives a feeling of weightlessness and relieves pressure when lying on my side. You get the best of both worlds with the soft memory foam topper and a firm main mattress. It's definitely made a difference to my comfort in bed and ultimately the quality of my sleep.
